Marco Bologna’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection gives new meaning to the codes of the early 2000s by reworking THE Y2K STYLE in a mix of romanticism and Goth-Punk influences.
Ostentatious proportions and daring silhouettes of the beginning of the century reflected in a key that winks at the world of Boxing with a look at the New York 80s of Studio 54.
A fluorescent dream, surreal and distorted, in which the desire to have fun and play with excess becomes the rule.
Delicate feathers catch fire in prints with pastel flames in shades of lilac and mint for eco-fur pieces and raw-cut knits with lurex accents.
A heroine from a Japanese videogame from the beginning of the millennium, who for her adventures dares to wear ultra-decorated velvet flame dresses with crystals and applications from fuchsia to pink, or destroyed-effect denim embroidered with oversized manga.
The key look of the collection is the Fighter shorts, animal print with BABY PINK contrasts and matching crystals, combined with pink feather cloud fur, a mix & match of contaminations for a Disco Warrior effect, balancing audacity and romanticism.
The absolute black of the maxi Coat illuminated by patent leather applications clashes with full and vibrant colours , from deep red military green for tartan shirts and shiny silk bomber jackets, in strong contrast with the nuances of neon yellow for tight dresses in stretch velvet.
A contemporary fighter, the one presented in this collection in which femininity, austerity, romanticism and transgression want to merge into a single message: “beauty will save the world”.

Proporzioni ostentate e silhouette audaci di inizio secolo riflesse in una chiave che strizza l’occhio al mondo Boxing con uno sguardo alla New York anni ‘80 dello Studio 54.

Delicate piume si incendiano in stampe con fiamme pastello nei toni del Lilac e Mint per pezzi in ecofur e maglie raw-cut con accenti lurex. Un’eroina di un Videogame Giapponese di inizio millennio, che per le sue avventure osa Flame dress in velluto ultradecorati con cristalli e applicazioni dal Fuchsia al Rosa, o Denim dall’effetto Destroyed ricamati con Manga Oversize.

accostata alla Cloud Fur di piume rosa, un mix&match di contaminazioni per un un effetto Disco Warrior in equilibrio tra audacia e romanticismo.
ll nero assoluto del Maxi Coat illuminato da appllicazioni in vernice si scontra con colori pieni e vibranti, dal Deep Red al Military Green per camicie tartan e bomber in seta shiny, in forte contrasto con le sfumature del Neon Yellow per abiti fascianti in velluto stretch.
